This got returned because the power / volume up buttons don't work.
Finally took it apart today, looks like Nokia probably sent me a broken one as there should be no stress on this flexible pcb but...

It's okay, mine isn't defective, I just meant that it's frustrating to use. I like having stuff like updated maps and other apps which is basically impossible on the n9.

Anyone buying extra Jolla preorder devices?
I hope so. It really looks like a lot of us will be stuck buying them on EBay. I strongly encourage those that can to order some extra ones. If they limit you to 1, just get a family member to buy...

Nokia sold N9 phones promising to support and update them for a year. They lied to us and fired all the people that worked on it. Why should anyone care if developers try and get something back for...

I agree it's not worth even $1000, but I guess a lot of people that use n900 are in love with the hwkb. I recently gave up on the n9, the battery seems to die way too fast and the software on it...
