It's definitely an improvement in many ways. Nokia's mistake was in letting us use OTA updating, i fully reflashed my N900 and all changes have been positive. I think a majority of issues are coming...

It seems the current firmware is on week 19 and it looks like it will be released by the end of May, this information is from Blaxx from maemo fanatics who asked Nokia reps at the Toronto Maemo...
