maemo mounts Mydocs with the noexec option by default. Executable files should be kept in /home/user, /usr/local/bin or some similar place.

Why not just change the mount point to be /home/user/MYDOCS and make a real directory /home/user/Mydocs and put all the stuff that needs a lot of space in /home/user/MyDocs ?
