Aquafish display loosing contact
my display's loosing contact, background light's on, phone works (rings, can talk etc.) but doesn't show anything.

Since there's no hope no more for a sailfish tablet, how about a querty sailfish phone? I'v still got that tohkbd, but it doesn't slide as smooth as your's does. I don't wanna switch to android.

Nope. Not that I've noticed. JollaC seems to be even worse... .
As far as I've noticed, it seems to be launching of apps that consumes power (1-2 Watt compared to 0,3 or less without no apps open)...

I doubt that'll work in this case, since at the intersection between contact and plastic it'll break sooner or later.
I found It easiest to just solder the foil to the contacts, since I did not...

thanx for the solution.
I used foil and had it solderd directly to the battery contacts. Just works fine, only the phone rarely last for more than 3/4 of a day?!
shutting off wifi doesn't seem...

well, making a backup file and importing it, didn't work from Jolla1 to JollaC, both updated recently, so running 2.1.3.7
It really worked flawlessly from nokia to nokia symbian, just lay both...

- sensors checked (messwerk)
- upon open browser (or messages/ filebrowser/ notes, however contacts stays portrait...) homescreen rotates, browser's shows correct in...

landscape orientation doesn't work no more
Since updating to 2.1.2.3 landscape orientation doesn't work no more. Neither dynamic nor static. Is there a way to find out if it's software or hardware?
Anyone's got the same problem?

well overall it is (naturally) thicker and heavier than without toh.
As far as heave ist concerned it is true that it is to lighweight to just stand on its own (like e7, n97)

well you can have mine (thokbd). I just don't use it no more. I very much liked the idea, but overall it is to heave and to thick imho. I might even have two keyboard layouts, gotta look tonight.
