Sadly Nokia does not allow any 3th party app access to theis offline Nokia maps.
How ever CacheMe supports offline maps. You can create them with http://mobac.sourceforge.net/ , i.e. from OpenStreet...

Why do you not use the builtin CalDAV? It works fine with the owncloud installation.

Wouldnt that be redundant with the existing OwnCloud Task app?
It works fine with Thunderbird. With the N9 I was only able to sync N9 => OwnCloud, but not the other...

It uses the default peer as defined in /home/user/.config/syncevolution/config.ini
So please set it there and test again.
