Re: WTB Nokia N9 retail box

Yeah the IMEI not matching doesn’t bother me so much. The device I got was actually a swap device which came with a little box. For my own collecting purposes though I wouldn’t mind putting it in a...

(SOLD) WTB - Genuine white SIM tray for n9

Hi all,

I've recently managed to purchase a new, genuine white n9 housing, as well as the USB flap.

The only part I'm after now is the SIM tray. Of course there's copies from china on ebay,...

Re: Lost hopes for Sailfish OS and Jolla

They're a small company, they can't possibly help every individual if their problem is not all that important. And yeah, there's always 2 sides to a story!

Re: Is it worth buying a Nokia N9 today?

If it was bought 7 months ago then there is a warranty, but most likely if something major goes wrong they'd replace it with another phone (a lumia)

I was the biggest N9 advocate, however after...

Okay, so as some of you know I was having problems restoring my Jolla via telnet (on a mac)

Left it for about a week and just tried again tonight - worked first time. Very strange as I did nothing...

Re: Sailfish now on 1.0 (Jolla MWC announcement)

We know for sure the update is coming. I understand everyone here is eager to get it

However, i'd much rather get this update late, and have it free of bugs, rather than an update that brings...

When I switch back to 3g I can't turn my internet on, it won't allow me to in settings (even though the...

Re: Anyone in Australia have a Jolla?

Okay, so i've enabled 4g on my device, but when I switch it to 4g, it just says offline, searching

My area has 4G coverage, so i'm not sure what's wrong

I'll try it again after work when i'm...

Re: Sailfish now on 1.0 (Jolla MWC announcement)

I think some people here should cut them some slack tbh

We've already received more updates than what we got on the n9. They ARE listening to us, and trying to prioritise bug fixes based on what...

So...what can we hack?

So, i've been on this forum for a few years now, and enjoyed hacking my 2 N9s. Things like the lock screen mod, added features in pull down menu etc were really helpful

My question is, what useful...

Re: N9 is the most unreliable phone I've ever used

Don't blame the employees, there was a lot of BS going on at Nokia

Jolla is a company solely focusing on one phone and one OS. I think you'll find their product will be much more refined

Re: Will you buy the Jolla phone?

If you order from a European retailer (Jolla is Finnish), it gets sent to their European office in Switzerland, and sent from there to your home.

Pretty sure they'd deliver to Iran and Lebanon

Re: Will you buy the Jolla phone?

GUYS!!!!!

I posted a thread not too long ago, saying you can use a mail forwarding service. You use their European address, then they send it to you. Simple!

Re: JollaMobile : Jolla continues Nokia's excellent work on #MeeGo based smartphones

Guys, relax. I think it was a good thing they came out and said that they're going to release a phone. If they had have said nothing, a lot of us on here (and around the world) would have ened up...
