In mine case: they finished clearance today at 8PM (after 3 days of waiting), but I think that this is due to government of my country, not due to DHL.
Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

They contacted me 1-2 hours after package is received in Belgrade (Serbia).
I was told that I needed to send them some details and sign some papers (I received email with those papers and done that...

Yeah, I am really amazed by speed of DHL.
From Finland to Serbia it took also slightly less than 24 hours.
However those papers, verification and god knows what will take longer than actual...

Mine is in Belgrade, now I need to sign some papers because Serbia is not in Europe Union.
Shouldn't take more than 3 days to received (at least that was said to me on phone).

Right now it is still in Finland (but it is traveling inside that country).

When I go to developer.nokia.com, I can only login with my email, on nokia.com I can't find anywhere login.
Next I tried to login at store.ovi.com, and I can configure my account, however I can't...

I had same dilemma, but apperantly it is normal (somehow our developer usernames aren't associated to our accounts for login). I believe that this is due to merging accounts inside of Nokia....
