Re: SMS sometimes not received on N9
Hi
I remember dealing with this issue and it was very frustrating, because you could never tell when it happens.
Rebooting the phone sure helped but restarting some service was enough....

Re: [Announce] FileCase for Sailfish OS
I am pretty sure that you still cannot transfer files over BT on iOS.
And yes, you can use 6230 to send multiple files to Android, BB10, Meego etc. You can also use these systems to send files over...

Re: Where can I buy real white N9 housing?
I've got a genuine white housing with almost no signs of usage. There's just one problem. Volume down or up button doesn't work. Can't remember which one, would have to check.
I used it for a...

Re: N9 turns off when SIM card is inserted
As you can see, nobody is buying any batteries and testing this for you.
Connecting a DC adapter means plugging in a charger to a phone.
So please, for the love of god, accept my help and check...

Re: N9 turns off when SIM card is inserted
Sure, try it. I however would replace the battery anyway. One of the signs of battery wear is the ability to hold the voltage still. When things like that start to happen it simply means the battery...

Re: N9 turns off when SIM card is inserted
I don't want to be rude here but I guess inserting a simcard causes a big drop in battery voltage which makes the phone reboot. Pichlo and Macros proved that a new battery fixes the issue.

Re: Best way getting into Sailfish OS?
I've owned N4 and OPX and OPX wins by a long shot. Hardware is good (not great because the glass likes to get shattered). Multirom is indeed a no go but what I did when I had to boot android was:...

I don't know if he says so but in the previous video I've seen a guy said that Play Store and Android apps support is not installed but it is possible and future Xperias will indeed have Android app...

Re: Replaced battery, N9 now spontaneously reboots
I understand your concerns although even old original will be better than any aftermarket battery for a not popular 5 year old phone. What I would also do is check your previous battery with Nokia...

Re: SailfishOS 2.0 on Nexus 5
That's a bummer, anyway, thanks guys a lot!
I'm also considerating OnePlus X, it's not much more expensive than a used Nexus 5. Has anyone had any experience with that cell? It looks quite good on...

Re: Jolla vs Z10 which to buy in 2016
I've had all these devices and every single one of them had some issues that I couldn't live with. Z10 had terrible Battery and I mean the worst. Jolla was too large and it had very low quality...

Re: What to replace a broken N9?
There were actually two main reasons that made me go back to N9. I just couldn't stand how horrible the screen was. After C7 and N9 I was used to look at my phone no matter what the weather...

Re: What to replace a broken N9?
I tried BB Z10, 808,Jolla, Nexus 4 and I was always going back to the N9. Now I got BB Q10 and I am really happy with it. Screen is ok, although I miss the always on clock from N9, battery is ok,...

Re: Possible to port Here Maps to meego?
Unfortunately I'm afraid that this update doesn't bring too much new data. Here's a comparison between Nokia Maps from N9 and Here Maps on WP8.1:
The roundabout on the right was built half a year...
