Re: Jolla C

I had it when my provider changed and I switched SIMs - though I think it happened as the number ported. Not sure.

Anyway, I discovered that the value in the ril file was not pointing at the...

Re: SailfishOS 2.0.2.390 -> 2.0.2.43 -> 2.0.2.45 Aurajoki

There is a TJC entry that says that the J1 needs to be at 2.0.2 to be able to create a backup that will restore on the JC. I'm not on the early access for my J1 yet (probably will sign up now that...

Re: SailfishOS 2.0.2.390 -> 2.0.2.43 -> 2.0.2.45 Aurajoki

Has anyone worked out how to restore, yet? Esp. if using a backup from J1 to JC? I've looked around and seen that there's some issues, but I can't even see how to trigger a restore, let alone work...

Re: The Future of Jolla's Tablet

You can add users to your "Ignore" list (it's under your control panel).

EDIT: also, if you click on their name and go to their profile, at the top there's a drop-down called "User Lists". Under...

Re: Random reboots

It was a battery that was causing my random reboots. So might be worth a try.

Re: Jolla 2 expectations

True, but it does strongly suggest a non-Intex one, which may mean it's more widely available. Wasn't sure where else to post it. :)

Re: Looking glass - simple magnifying glass app for Jolla

I think you've muddled up with spy glass, there.

A looking glass is a mirror (as in "Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There").

Re: Jolla at Slush 2015

Interestingly, the vast majority of video pages work for me, including youtube. Which, considering I use a webkit based browser on my desktop and youtube doesn't work on that, puts it above that...

Re: Jolla User Experience Thread

Don't know about GUI file or if there's a dbus method, but you could look at systemd unit files for one way.

The Arch wiki has a resonable overview (and some refs at the bottom)...

Re: Jolla tablet countup to delivery[Now With Poll]

Search results are a gateway into the ecosystem. That's what the reviews need to look at - it's a new OS.

Anyway, I know, I admit it, I was wrong to expect a review to mention Openrepos, or much...

Re: Jolla tablet countup to delivery[Now With Poll]

This isn't a simple user, it's a review.
