I try this one:
Freq=Monthly
Interval=8
Byday=Sa
but it appear on every Saturday on that month.

Reboot didn't solve mine, it still can't get a fix.
But when I try to get a route to a location, Sygic almost immidiately get a fix on my current location.

You should check this (https://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Nemo/Status/Matrix) page to check the Nemo project status. AFAIK, not many application working...
