I doubt Sony will release it it all like they did with the limited release of Xperia E with FirefoxOS, instead I suspect Jolla will flash Xperia phones and sell them. I'd love to be proven wrong and...

Also in regards to neo900 they are modified n900, you could buy the board and put in a n900 you already have. So neo900 either they or you need to buy an n900 first.

I went to a Nexus 5, it also lets you see what Ubuntu is like or android.
Also you can run android in a window in sailfish on the Nexus 5 not quite the same as alien dalvik but it works well...
