Re: [Announce] Presence VNC

@nessuno0986:
What happens if you tap somewhere? Does the mouse curser on the desktop move?

You can also try using the volume buttons for left/right click, if tapping doesn't work for you. Also...

Re: [Announce] Presence VNC

Sure, why not!

Would be nice if you could add your name to the Maintainer field and the credits, since I really have no clue about the N9/950. :)
Also note that the snapshot is essentially...

Re: [Announce] Presence VNC

@Raimu:
Thanks for the praise. :)
I'll consider it for the next release, the settings really are a bit rough.

@m4r0v3r:
There seems to be a N9 port of 0.8 with fixed dependencies here:...

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

@MegaULF

Thanks for the feedback. I'll increase the maximum to 10 hours in the next release, which should probably be enough. May still be a while though before it's uploaded, but I can send you...

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

Ok, I uploaded 1.1 to extras-devel. Full changelog:
* Avoid bug that would hang with 100% CPU instead of starting alarm. (Probably related to https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11533 -- you'd...

Re: [Announce] Presence VNC

@chill:
For drag-and-drop, tap twice and hold on the second tap, then dragging should work.

The behaviour you describe with the volume buttons is actually my fault, will fix this. You can...

Re: [Announce] Presence VNC

@estel: Sorry for not coming up with a solution; the update however has some additional debugging info enabled, so if you start 'presencevnc' from the command line you will get some info on what keys...

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

I just uploaded 1.0 to extras-devel:
* Changing the alarm time does no longer turn the alarm on. (changed because it was unintuitive to new users; check twice if the alarm is actually on if you've...

@Estel:
Only the on-screen keyboard needs special workarounds, external keyboards should work as long as they send normal key events. Or so I'm thinking... Does it just mess up the layout (e.g. send...

Re: [Announce] Presence VNC

I don't own an N9, so I can't do anything myself, but you're quite welcome to port it.
Someone told me it compiles, only the N9's default Qt theme apparently makes it look rather ugly?

If someone...

I don't really want to add multiple alarms to the interface, which would be required to make repeating alarms useful... I might at some point add an option to just repeat the current...

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

EvilAlarm 0.9 is now in extras-devel:

* Major interface overhaul, many thanks to Olli Savolainen
* Stop media player when alarm starts (no sound otherwise)
* Fix audio hang when playback is...

I'm adjusting volume for playback, so that shouldn't matter.

Right now I've no idea why this might happen :/

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

Just uploaded 0.7 to extras-devel, finally.

* Show previously used alarms [no repetition, yet]
* Add option to prevent device lock (no need to remember the lock code first thing in the morning)...

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

I'm currently adding a list of previous alarms, which should simplify things a bit. Not sure if I want to add repeated alarm right now, but I might add them later on.

Re: [Announce] EvilAlarm

0.6 should hit extras-devel shortly, and fixes a bug that would prevent the alarm from pausing if you managed to move the phone / click at just the wrong moment. (really annoying)

Uploaded 0.5 yesterday, you can configure modules at the bottom of the settings dialog. You can also change the accelerometer threshold if the movement-module is too sensitive.

A small preview of the Blubbels (http://maemo.org/downloads/product/Maemo5/blubbels/) module :)
