Re: [Announce] TouchSearch for Fremantle
I think I found the problem. I was thinking there was an issue with the code I changed but now it appears to be a permissions problem.
I'll try to find a fix it tonight. Thanks for the feedback.

Re: [ANNOUNCE] TouchSearch v3.1 Released!
You're welcome!
If you go to into TouchSearch's options dialog > Configure > Amazon > Edit, you can select Language/Localization and it'll give you the option to select "co.uk" for the domain!

Hi J. M. Hanson,
In the next few days I will be uploading a new version of TouchSearch which will have the option to create your own engines. Unfortunetly, you will need to re-add your engines to...

Re: [Announce] TouchSearch for Fremantle
Hi debernardis!
TouchSearch 3 will not overwrite your search_engines.data information from version 2 so you should be able to safely downgrade without losing anything.
The reason I have...

Re: [Announce] TouchSearch for Fremantle
Your welcome!
Ah, yes, I did remove the "Color" or "Ghosted" icon option -- but there is a method to my madness.
In TouchSearch 3, search engine addons are now supported, meaning you can go...

Re: [Announce] TouchSearch for Fremantle
That's interesting. I hadn't thought that the widget used in the browser was just a entry with a button packed next to it. I thought it was something along the lines of a hildon.ComboboxEntry. The...

Re: [Announce] TouchSearch for Fremantle
Everything looks like it is installed OK. The only thing I can suggest is roving TouchSearch's settings dir:
rm -rf /home/user/.touchsearch/
Reboot, and see if this helps.
Concerning...

Hi,
Yes, TouchSearch uses google.com/custom to search the web. This is the same service that many websites and other desktop widgets use to search.
