IIRC thumb contains packages with higher (new) versions, so just adding and enabling thumb repo "upgrades" system to thumb versions.

Hello, battery in my N950 was for 3 years dead and I finally brought a new original Nokia BL-4D. I put it into my N950, it light up but showed me only error message that Device not working properly...

And, upstream U-Boot now contains integration tests for N900 which are run as part of the U-Boot CI pipeline. Integreation tests start u-boot in qemu n900 and check that built u-boot can correctly...

Those AT commands are sent by your computer, probably by NetworkManager or ModemManager or similar software. Report bug to that sofware.

Upstream U-Boot version for N900 already first tries to load bootmenu.src from uSD and then from eMMC. So if you use new U-Boot version (e.g. newly released 2022.07) then it should work without need...

I think it can be useful also for others with other devices, so here is guide how to properly generate UBI image with UBIFS volume for any MTD device. Both mkfs.ubifs and ubinize tools needs to know...

2.6.28-20103103+0m5 is a version in the last firmware version PR 1.3 and PR1.3.1. So you first should update to last Maemo version and then install U-Boot.

Your mce.ini is probably not fully compatible with installed mce version. Look at differences between your and original version. This could show you where is the problem.
