Re: [Announce] cooktimer for N900
Hi sixwheeledbeast,
I tried running it on an Android tablet a long time ago, but the result asked for quite some tweaking.
First of all it's Qt based, so it needs that runtime environment, and...

Re: SailfishOS 3.0.1.11 Sipoonkorpi
I had a similar experience in the past with cron running during an upgrade. To me it looks like an upgrade of dsme can make cron go bananas, probably because of some sort of short clock/time reset....

Re: How to install cron?
Thanks a lot for patching, I updated my version on openrepos!
Do note my version on openrepos was/is a bit different (no man pages and the daemon is called crond, not vixie_crond).
In my...

Re: [Announce] kodi for SailfishOS
For me that's probably a lot more work than 15 minutes. Of course you may always give it a try.
Meanwhile: new version in openrepos with the youtube link moved, and a small progressbar added on the...

Re: [Announce] kodi for SailfishOS
In my mind it would be more logical/secure that one needs to do an explicit version install to update to a higher version coming from another repo. That's how it works on my desktop at least :)

Re: [Announce] kodi for SailfishOS
No, the latest official version is 2.1.0-1, while this version numbers 2.1.2-1.
Enabling my repo on openrepos and checking for updates should be all.
If it is not working you could deinstall your...

Re: [Announce] kodi for SailfishOS
No, but if you are interested your pull request will be welcomed :)
I am not sure if accumulator is still interested, as he is indeed not responding to issues. In that case it might be better to...

Re: [Announce] kodi for SailfishOS
As a matter of fact I already made some changes (for personal use) on my tablet version to make it better fit XperiaX.
But I have not looked at accumulator's updates. I will see what the best way...

Re: how many N900's do you own?
Talking about FUD: thanks for actually supporting statements with test cases. It adds so more value than a simple "QML is a resource hog" claim :)
