Well for me and two other users from my family it's not only a J1 Problem, we have this issue on the Xperia X aswell. So i think it's a common issue not limited to a specific platform.

For me it works with installed "mono (https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/mono/)" Package, which can run the .exe. Don't know how to install Mono on other Distributions but in Archlinux...

Thanks to the People in IRC, especially Aard i got my Problem solved:
mount -o subvolid=0 /dev/mmcblk0p28 /mnt/ as root
then delete all snpashots called "rec*",
with " btrfs subvolume delete"...
