I totally agree with you that it should support import/export from a file.
Actually, I'm not recommend to modify db file manually because it would cause incompatible with the new version...

But if you downloaded the app when it's free, you can update it without payment, even through it changes from a free app to a paid...

According my test (hundreds of SMS), there is no sound, no notification and event screen light-on, if a SMS is blocked. But there is one issues (known bug:( ) i can fix so far, so I want to say...
