Try to uninstall qtirreco with the app manager. Then go to x-terminal, first type "root" and enter, then "apt-get remove --purge lirc". Then reinstall shutter or qtirreco.

Hi at everyone,
Short mobile history: Siemens M50, M55, iPhone 3G, G1, N96, 5800, N97 and finally the N900.
iPhone was great, played a lot with jailbreak apps. Didn't like the Symbians....
