Re: [WTB] Jolla C

[update - found one] [WTB] Jolla C
I'd like to acquire a Jolla C in decent condition. If anyone has one and wants to get rid of it, please let me know.
Update: a friendly forum member sold me their Jolla C, so this thread can now...

Re: Pure Maps
Perhaps Bing takes into account (live) traffic information, or maybe there's a wrong speed limit set in OpenStreetMap for the roads you were driving on?

Re: Sailfish OS 3.2 for early Adaptor
Is it just me or is the TOHKBD no longer working? I haven't used mine for some time so I don't know if this is a new thing or not. The keyboard doesn't get recognised when attached.

Re: [WTS] Nokia N9 64 GB White
Wait, huh? The German eBay says the listing ended in text, and also simply says 'beendet' on the picture. The Dutch eBay says the listing ended in text, and has nothing on the picture (the ad looks...

Re: [WTS] Nokia N9 64 GB White
Yes but you forget to take into account the rather important fact that that phone was *not* sold! I could put an ad for one of these rare N9s on eBay right now (if I had one), and ask €20.000 for it,...

Re: Sailfish OS 3.1
My thoughts:
Oh no, the message aligment is now reversed! I can see why, as right-aligned text isn't particularly easy to read, but it's going to take some getting used to after 4,5 years of...

Re: Camera phone competition July 2019: Fungi
Thanks for that link! Although I still think the connection seems reasonable, as Finnish has many loanwords of PIE origin, and the fact that it also appears in Estonian and other Finnic languages...

Re: Camera phone competition July 2019: Fungi
Something like '*saima-' (nectar/honey) in Proto-Germanic, which became 'Seim' (syrup, apparently fallen into disuse in favour of 'Sirup', which is actually an Arabic loanword) in High German, or...

Re: Camera phone competition July 2019: Fungi
I looked up the etymology and as it turns out, not only 'hunaja', but also 'sima' is a loanword, both have Germanic roots! Crazy suomalaiset... (with all of those cases, how do you not have a...
