Re: Why I keep my N810
Hello,
I am using my N810 for the following:

Re: Cleaning N900 FUD
Folks, I couldn't resist this quote (from José Saramago's Caín, translated from the Portuguese) which illustrates to a certain extent the ongoing debate:
"Los designios de dios son inescrutables,...

Re: Fremantle and "Fit Width to View"
I watched the video by JKK and was quite disappointed by the double tap zooming function in the browser. It doesn't reflow the text to fit the width of the screen. :-(

If I understand correctly the FWTV buttons on the N8X0 have disappeared (the zoom function is reserved for the camera (any hints from...

Re: maemo.org changes now that we have m.n.c & FN
I don't believe it should evolve to become a platform aimed at (real) newbies to the same extent as it is for developers and advanced users. Of course occasional newbies may and should sometimes find...

Re: maemo.org changes now that we have m.n.c & FN
I am not a geek nor a programmer, but I like this forum a lot, maybe not so much for the applications which are often too complex for me, but for the discussion that take place here and for the work...

Re: Open letter to the Maemo community
Thank you Texrat for this thread. I believe it is worth pausing and asking ourselves how things are going and, if needed, what can be improved.
I would like to throw-in a couple of points.

Re: The new talk.maemo.org theme
The new web site is certainly faster than the old version. Kudos for those who have contributed.
However it doesn't match some of the forum themes in terms of space usage, rendering speed and...

Re: Fremantle and "Fit Width to View"
I also use FTW a lot in order to read web sites comfortably without straining my eyes. If another function will do a similar job in the next tablet and easily, than it is fine. But otherwise better...
