btw, those additional "disks" you see in df -h, are done using "mount --bind" (which is why they appear in mounts... symlinks don't "do that")

uh, aren't you missing the /usr directory there? interesting stuff your mobile still works if it's the case indeed... well, that's the price you pay for if you use root account without doublechecking...

well, twl4030 is still used for usb - only now we know, that the PHY is isp1707... As EugeneS said, and as it is written in ULPI specification - it should be possible to do some stuff...

for starters we don't know if the testmode had any effect on the chipset operations at all... we don't know whether the kernel module works correctly (i.e. whether it detects host mode and initiates...

Siggen: could you add to the question, if Felipe knows about the TESTMODE register and esp. FORCE_HOST bit...? (It's described in section 23.1.4.11 of OMAP3430 tech. ref. manual, rev. D)... I'd ask...

PragueBob: you can remap the keyboard by changing stuff in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/nokia_vndr/rx-51 - even to a completely different layout, than the hardware shows (I changed mine to qwerty+4...
