Yea, I guess it would depend on the voltage the external bat supplies as well as how well it holds that threshold voltage under load and over time. The PM provides 5.5V if I remember correctly,...

That makes it clear that Nokia Retail and Nokia are not the same. Especially the last line. Although they say they are Nokias partner in the UK. Hopefully this elucidates matters.

Yea I believe you can still get the 10% cashback. Also if you get a contract from MPD through topcashback you get 30 pounds. not great but still better than nothing.
