do not check WPA2-only mode because I think WPA1 uses TKIP and WPA2 uses AES.

You could try to set manual username in Advanced -settings > EAP -page > select Use manual user name -setting

I broke Transend 8GB SDHC class 6 card. Have you had same kind of problem?

My guess is that your memory card is corrupted. Try to save the data and format your card.
