nokias customer service

is it me, or is Nokia's customer service terrible?

my n900's ear piece stopped working and i was not able to hear anything coming out of it unless you press hard on the screen for some odd...

thanks jonson, i called them and apparently the guy from the tmobile store added the internet to my moms dumbphone, instead of mine.. lol so he went ahead and switched it over

yeah i went ahead and called them.. guess what the idiot from before added the internet plan to my moms phone instead of mine.. which i don't get when he asked for my phone number to add it and plus...
