Notice the second bullet point under section 4.3.1. The ESSID that's created is devel_adhoc.

Check out section 4.3 Wlan ad-hoc (http://pc-connectivity.garage.maemo.org/2nd_edition/node5.html#SECTION00053000000000000000) to see if that helps in explaining where it came from.

I noticed that this appeared after I installed the PC-Connectivity 2nd Edition from the extras-devel repo. Not sure if this install is the cause. Did you happen to install any apps from any of the...
