Very correct. I've been unable to get even non-QML Qt5/c++ programs to work on Ubuntu Touch so far (libqt5gui5 depends on libx11-6 as well per apt-rdepends)
With Jolla mobile shipping with Wayland...

Mm.. miss the FM transmitter and ir remote maybe, but dont see any reason TI-emu couldnt be given a new, compatable UI or ported whole-hog if xMir or Wayland becomes available.
