Hi there :)
You can use an app called "Cute Explorer", then you can go to file system.
The easy way, for me, since i use windows, is:
Over SSH with WinSCP.

Just to give some feedback to the lastest kernel.
I'm using Titans Kernel, MAEMO25, with the stock IDEAL kernel settings (Min. Freq and Max. Freq).
I'm running it two days, all good, no corrupted...

Make a copy (to PC) of: /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/ideal
Edit that copy of 'ideal' you've made. Change these values to:
MIN_FREQ=250000
MAX_FREQ=900000

I used it about 25 minuts, dont think it get hot.
The average temperature here in Portugal at this time is 22º C.
