Hi. Yes it is qbw, but there is no way to "fix" the widgets in the status area. As I don't use portrait mode, it's not such a problem for me. They only revert back when I reset the device.

In regards to the vertical bar on the menu, when you set opacity to 0, it should remove the entire bar. It does on mine. Did you reboot after changing? The other way is to replace the vertical bar...
