Yes, It has a permissions issue, but still you can use it: you only have to be root when editing crontab file, then it will work like a charm (I use it to reset gprs traffic).

I have the same problem reported by flopjoke and Muzimak: it vibrates when the call starts, not when the person you are calling...

I had the same problem, so I removed Billboard and MeeCast Applet and then, as root:
after a reboot, everything was fine again.

cd /var/cache/apt/archives

Quick-and-dirt fix:
open xterm
cd /home/opt/pymaemo/usr/share/pyshared/drlaunch
as root, open file "widget.py" with your favorite text editor (e.g.: sudo vim widget.py)
comment line 142...
