Re: Any news on an extended battery for the N900?
Even if looking for an extended battery is a good approach, I would suggest looking for ways to make the phone draw less power.
I'm thinking things like having a software mod that automatically...

Re: maemo 4 port to 5800
Quick update... no progress :(. I was not able to make any sense of elf2boot files used to update Nokia devices, this was my primary attack vector.
I got another dev ARM board, with preloaded...

Re: Mobile browsers performance
I've tested this on a couple of iPhones, got from 44 fps (iPhone 2G, OS 3.1.2) to 87 ! (iPhone 3GS).

I'm finding myself surrounded by people who are enthusiast to say the least; but they are not driven by Maemo, they are enthusiast about Android and the Jesus phone, despite a significant share of...

Re: Kernel source for 2008HE

Re: Easter egg in the RX-51?
I'd love to see a docking station for this baby.
To me, ability to hookup a hi-res monitor and keyboard when I'm in the office, and have the desktop in my pocket when I'm away would be a killer....

On a more general note, I'm not saying I don't see the purpose with the current...

NITs - what are they good for... ???
I've been an early adopter of NITs, specifically the 770. I've been uber-excited by the incredible possibilities of a Linux computer at my fingertips. And now, two years later, I'm quite...
