If your starting your first install then yes but if not its easier to update it like this ..

Well i havnt faced them issues before to be honest , have you downloaded the latest version of MSF also make sure you use the ruby files i posted as i couldnt get this to run on any other version...

have you tryed adding the dictionary file to the cleven directory ie
/home/user/.cleven/dictionaries or
/home/user/.cleven-experimental/dictionaries
depends what version cleven you are...
