If you have failed to do that than try my steps:

0. sudo gainroot
1. in Xterm do this: apt-get install --reinstall ogg-support=1.0.5
2. if you don't get a notice for apt-get autoremove like...

I think there's something wrong with gstreamer0.10-av. I had old version of gstreamer0.10-av 0.5 and everything worked well. Than I updated codecs (gstreamer0.10-av to 0.5.1) and SomePlayer plays...

Forgot to add, when I completely uninstall decoders and ogg support then everything works very well.
