This is a known bug. The "app closes" is actually a crash. Still investigating the reasons for this, but haven't found anything about it. What we know is it only happens when accessing certain items...

Fixed the cleanup. It was missing libosso-dev as build dependency. Already uploaded to the builder. The version 0.1.8-maemo3 should be available in a few minutes.

No you can't. This is only possible for the "Components" field. You must add another entry to the application catalogue list if you want different distributions.
