Would be nice to have a installable package. All I ask is acces to the final package so that we can use it also in Ubuntu.
Yes an IRC channel for porting OS to N900 would be nice.

Actually I have a working charging script which can detect the wall charger and starts charging via I2C.

You can send and receive SMS-s even you can make or receive calls, but there's no sound support yet and no GUI for SMS/Voice calls.

I have made a sort video about the keyboard leds. I was able to light up the keyboard and turn on the RGB led and get various colors as well.
