@coderus: after I restarted my phone as someone suggested, I now get notifications for all messages received, (not just the first one!) .
So for me nightly8 is perfect now!! Thanks

The green icons on standby screen looked much better as you could tell from a distance that it is Wazapp message. Now, when looking from a distance, sometimes I get confused if it is Wazapp message...

Installed Wazapp 0.9.12 from Wazapp.im website. Works very very well. In fact this is the first time wazapp has not crashed even once during the entire day!! Very very stable build.

Yes, I ran it over 24 hours. Also, the bug is only regarding volume , if in silent , its silent. I did not check the beep profile.

I tried wazapp from latest source from Cepi Github, and I noticed that power consumption is back to normal now.
Only thing which still is not resolved is the notification sound being at max...

Bumping this one, just to confirm that disabling and re-enabling Google account solves this "Cant import contacts " problem.
I have 3 Google accounts in my N9, only one account was showing this...
