It should be safe from that point of view, as any offical .deb will at least increase the "Debian" revision, so would be considered newer by the package system. That is the old Debian policy for...

This is related to the N9 issues, as Telepathy discards the roster of contacts the Facebook XMPP server is sending because it does not properly format its response. The N9 version of Telepathy is not...

Turns out applying the patch goes fine, but it doesn't compile, I had to backport another change to make it actually build.

It is the kernel swapping thread, which means due to not enough main memory it is swapping out memory to storage, which is way slower so it bogs down your mobile.

One thing Maps has which Drive lacks (in my opinion) is ordering favorites by distance (Drive orders them by modification time, so it is pretty difficult to find the right favorite by swiping through...
