I don't think having data on by default is a problem, at least not like the MyNokia was. People are not required to install the app. Having an option to turn it off is enough.

Two things that I have noticed:
1) Harder to read small font on browser.
2) Double tapping to zoom on browser is not working as well as it used to. For example, talk.maemo.org and other forums...
