I got mine at 320€ including shipping, which is a really nice price.
The Pro1 is not new and has some (very small) scratches on the back, but apart from that it works great.

I recently bought a 2nd hand Pro1, and installed Harbour-containers on it yesterday, with Debian Buster.
I do have shell access, but Xsession does not work (yet), although I haven't spent time on it...

No, you just need to download the .pbw file and upload it to the Jolla phone.
Then configure using Pebbled, by clicking on the name of the Pebble (like Pebble XXXX).

that was easy, looking at /etc/connmain/main.conf gave a hint:
PreferredTechnologies = bluetooth,wifi,cellular

code for on:
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=net.connman...
