I think this would be fair. I'm not totally convinced of the longterm value of the tablet though. Someone will probably figure out how to flash all those tablets from china.

They pretty clearly say IGG backers will get their refund in 2 parts. The first half will be done in Q1 (so before the end of March) and the second half within a year (of march?) if (AND ONLY IF!)...

If they never make another intel based device it probably won't be worth it. I would expect they at least do builds for the year though. AFter that, well maybe your tablet is stuck on a specific...

I really wish they would have continued with the tablets. I understand component shortages because I deal with that myself but it seems suspicious to have no components now.. they would have needed...

There are 4 acceptable endings to me:

1. deliver the tablets
2. deliver refunds (maybe minus the fee taken by IGG)
3. deliver a choice of tablet or refund
4. bankruptcy

I've always thought the tablet plan had nothing to do with the tablet. The crowdfunding was intended to drum up positive press and bring in investors and licensees.
