I experienced that the volume just automatically increased!? No need to set or ajust anything (besides lowering my headphone volume output the normal way! Damn it's loud now :D )

When have you installed PR1.3 version? I made some modifications to it and some fixes so downloading it again and installing it again may fix your problem.
