That's a known bug which I'm sure will be resolved before they finalize it. The work-around is to simply scroll down to reveal the URL bar. I'll find the bug and post it later.

This should fix the problem we were seeing since the PyQt4 upgrade. I've also incorporated a patch from Ted van den Brink which updates the HTML...

Install/reinstall my custom config from the first page... will fix the problem. If it doesn't try and run it from the console (not as root) by simply opening xterm and typing mupen64plus.
