This sounds like a goddamn joke. I pre-ordered my Pro1 directly from F(x)tec, paid for it in August, haven't received it yet. What's the point of pre-orders if you proritize retailers anyway?

Probably, but the major concern here is the numerous delays. A consumer is free to do whatever they want.
If the device isn't ready, that's fine. Don't commit to a timeframe and then delay...
