Re: Fremantle custom builds for 2022

All an excellent idea, fully in keeping with the CSSU idea.
May I add that the bluetooth tethering is a standard option in most mobile phones now, it should have been packaged and on the repos or...

Re: Fremantle custom builds for 2022

Hi,

I read your proposal once more.
It is a beautiful project.
IMHO, N900 is the most rich, shared, enthusiastic and dynamic phone project ever and the device is just a jewel.

But it is a...

Re: Fremantle custom builds for 2022

I downloaded it on my phone just to have it saved when I noticed the deadline and that it wasn't in qoles repo and I didn't have computer with me on holidays. I will try to put it somewhere. Thanks...

Re: Fremantle custom builds for 2022

I'm not sure f I could contribute anything here.
I consider myself an advanced Debian user and a lot of that transfers well to Maemo. But I was never an actual advanced Maemo user.

That being...

Re: Fremantle custom builds for 2022

It's good idea for me.

Fremantle custom builds for 2022

I have had this idea for sometime now. Too bad it is an idea I am not able to do by myself.

I have been here for some years now and even though it has been very teaching to dig and search for info...

Re: Frodo C64 Emulator is Here!

The reason I need Frodo is to watch C64 demos which I have many gigas to watch. N900 has too small screen and E90 screen and sound is nothing compared to N810.

Re: Frodo C64 Emulator is Here!

The Bilbo library had been since now only for donators but the links to download had been gone for a long time. But the developer was a finnish guy and I looked for his number and called and he made...

Re: Frodo C64 Emulator is Here!

I would really like to have Frodo to run on Nokia N810. I was playing for a while with Nokia E90 in this autumn and contacted the developer who ported the Frodo emulator with Bilbo library with audio...

Re: A Palm OS thread ... and a thank you to the community

Nice to read here. I still have a TX fully functional. I have to charge it every 4-6 weeks. Since it is not the main device it does not need to be backed up for years. But it is always alive -...

Re: A Palm OS thread ... and a thank you to the community

I don't believe I ever had a Symbian device . . . I used a couple Sony Ericsson phones with what I believe to be a proprietary OS. In 2006, I think it was a K510. You could run Java apps on them, but...

Re: Move NeoFremantle to OLD & upgrade Leste

I picked on Maemish because he is motivated, loves all things mamo, he even bought that lot of N900s from some sketchy guys to have reliable Maemo devices to supply the community; he is also a native...

Re: Neo900 - finally a successor of N900

Re: Battery life is good, but status applet goes to 0% too soon.

Your battery is good, but it is calibrated wrong. That's why the applet thinks the battery is empty when there's still some juice left. You should try to calibrate your battery, eg. This post...
