I was thinking recently that I should do the same yes, but I've been lazy so far.

From the user's perspective, a workaround that someone suggested is to make a symlink to /home/nemo.

Yes. From.3.4 on if the device is flashed the new default user name is 'defaultuser'.
Devices updated OTA to 3.4 will keep 'nemo'.

If networking "in general" seems to work but things are behaving erratically or slowly it usually indicates some problems in DNS resolving.
Have you tried to set up a different name service to see...

For the campaign you choose which one is pre-installed and thus logo engraved on the back. Dualboot is worked on and they committed in a tweet and IGG comment to try having it ready when shipping...

In my opinion the email buttons are disturbing and their explanation is only half valid. All other menus within mail client are still in pully except the ones in the mail view.
