I would expect that the AD package itself is built from parts of the android source tree for the device in question. You don't have the source for the AD package so unless you're awesome at binary...

I don't know if it has alread been mentioned, but the Jolla C has a built-in FM receiver and the Jolla media player can tune into FM radio, including display of RDS information.
