The timeout is not configured in PWSafe.
PwSafe close the file when it receives a signal from the tablet that is emitted when the tablet enter sleep-mode (I suppose when the screen is switched off)...

i think due to respos overlapping or some kind of conflict between the newer versions with the n770 version. use canola cleanup application to clear everything and reinstall the application.
