2nd hand N900 maybe? They cost about 100 -150 €, it has great map applications like modrana, marble and even sygic.
I think there's no other device that fits your needs,
maybe some el-cheapo...

Galaxy note ll. But it doesn't fit the requirements fully. But still a great choice or Note lll if you want a cheaper model.

nokia bug for this is "will never fix", it is in the kernel, so its difficult to fix for hackers. I suppose someone could build a new app that scans for connections and doesnt rely on the kernel but...

No need to uninstall anything, just add the maemo.org community-testing repository, disable the old one and refresh.

one thing tho is that it unhides only on dpad center being...

I pushed a minor update earler, the only changes are the X server RANDR fix and a busybox rebuilt with thumb instuctions so it's smaller and matches the Nokia version.

I think it's time to make...

Bug 2394 (https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2394) is about the stylus keyboard (see the description - the summary was incorrectly changed at some point by a triager but there's little point...
