Short: No.

A bit longer: STK, SIM Tool Kit, applications are not supported on N900.
So no chance.

But maybe the card stores this configuration and after having it configured on the Jolla you...

Plus everything OTA 1.3.1 brought (compared to PR 1.3) also comes with CSSU (AFAIR).

I never noticed the change. But then, preinstalled pictures and videos are usually the first thing I delete from every phone I lay my grabby paws on.
Without ever bothering to watch them.

Yes. Always used global.
PR1.3.1 can be flashed directly, it was on Nokia servers for some time until they closed.
But as you decided to go CSSU way -definitely recommended- then it does not matter...

you shouldn't have a prob with the global.

there wasn't a great deal of difference between 1.3 and 1.3.1 ..
Not worth the effort to hunt down 1.3.1

I (and just about everyone else will agree) suggest strongly that you do in fact reflash a purchased n900 (or n810 or n800 for that matter)
That way you know as a certainty that you are dealing...
