if you mean that the apps got uninstalled and only icons still appears , then it's easy to remove the icons if thats what you need ..
to remove any con from the menu , you need "filebox" , open...

You mean that you have uninstalled some applications (such as, Live-f1), Application Manager considers them uninstalled, but you still see the icons of the applications?
Try in X-Terminal, as root,...

i tried everything but now i saw something in my mobile when i try pidgin its ask for certifcate then i saw the date is old 2009 in my n900 so i changed the date in mobile to now 2011 then its work...
