Indeed. A good hint is if you have a SIM card in one unit but not in the other. The mobile network will tell the phone the location and that in turn will tell it whether channels 13 and 14 can be...

0. Read everything before you start.
1. Download 0.9.8y sources
2. Apply the patches...

What does your /etc/bluetooth/main.conf look like?

You may need to modify the line:
DisablePlugins = network,input,hal

and remove the network part. This is my line on my phone:

As far as it goes, tablets have grown from the 4.1 inch marvels we used to love - the 770, N800/N810 - and that's now a phone size with better resolution...

Also "/usr/bin/osso-xterm" will open another instance like the new button.
